This is the transportation guide to Kakumagawa Bon Dance. Kakumagawa-cho is close to the Akita Expressway IC and the nearest station is within 30 minutes, making it a very accessible location. We will inform you about traffic regulations and parking lots on the day of the Kakumagawa Bon Dance.
On the day of the Kakumagawa Bon Dance, we will guide you to a temporary parking lot in the surrounding area in case you arrive by car. All surrounding streets are designated no-parking zones. Also, please do not park on nearby private property. Please be sure to use the temporary parking lot.
Starting this year, the event will be held on the main street in front of the old Gosanke as usual. The main street will be closed to traffic during the event. For more information, please see the venue map below.
